Quick Change FROG Lip Hook System

You can change hooks or change FROGs in mere seconds.

You can use any hook you like, but we have designed a style of hooking that can be used with many hooks already on the market.

The hook goes through the end of a loop on the Backbone Loop Pin

This is CaptKen's new "Cross Planar" Hook

The new "Cross Planar" Hook allows the fishermen to adjust the postion and the angle of the plane created by the elastic weedguard, allowing the angler to increase or decrease the amount of protection and also to increase the tension of the elastic weedguard. You can also use diffrent styles, strengths annd thicknesses of the elastic weedguard, getting just the right amount of protection for the environmental cover you are fishing.

The big hook on the front of the FROG looks different to most FROG fishermen who normally have problems hooking fish with FROG Lures.

They often struggle with hooksets as most of them will freely admit, while using most other frog lures on the market.

But, with this system, there is nothing in the way of the hook point which is extremely sharp, making  the hookset much easier.

However, the bass must inhale the FROG, and actually eat it rather than just slap at it.

But we have additional "add-on" solutions for when you need a little more help with those short strikers.

For solutions for finicky FROG biters see our  FROG Hook Page, and scroll down to the "Stinger Hook".

Check out our FROG Hook Page which has a number of additional hooking solutions.
